The Networked Researcher: Building your online profile

The Networked Researcher: Building your online profile In-Person

In this session, we will explore different strategies for ensuring your research is clearly attributed to you using unique identifiers like an OrcID number. We will also discuss the strategies and tools used in building an online profile and using your profile to connect with other researchers, raising the visibility and reach of your research. Finally, we will demonstrate tools which measure the impact your research is having on your peer group.

This session was developed with support by Dr Susan Baxter, University of Otago Social Media Advisor.

For further information on this session please contact Justin Farquhar, Subject Librarian, Division of Sciences.
