LIBR103 - Referencing In-Person

Location: Room AVC1, Information Services Building, opposite Central Library, or via Zoom.

Referencing: why and how? Using APA style as our example, we will cover: 

  • The component parts that make up an accurate reference for different types of sources, e.g. books, articles, webpages

  • How to understand references in a reading list so you can find the texts 

  • How to make sure your own references are correctly presented 

  • The importance of accurate referencing
